This 4-session workshop (one 90-minute session per week for four weeks) is designed for people who are looking to improve their communication, develop effective skills to decrease conflict, and begin learning how to express their needs and expectations. Cost is $279 per person.

About the event
This 4-week group workshop is part of our Healthy Relationship 3-Part Series. Improve your communication, learn to express your needs, enhance listening skills, and deepen trust and intimacy in a current or future relationship. Come on your own or with a partner. This course provides an excellent foundation for couples therapy and is highly recommended prior to beginning therapy as a couple.
This workshop is for individuals, couples (married or not), heterosexual or part of the LGBTQIA+ community. Some of the vignettes in the materials will include same-sex references.
Communication Essentials sessions will be held Thursdays at 5:30 - 7:00 PM on August 1, 8, 15, and 22 at Manifest Joy Counseling, 1661 N Swan Rd, Suite 112. Workshop fee of $279 includes all course materials.
