​Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or related behavioral health
-
Currently licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW preferred; LAMFT, LAC, or LASW considered
-
Ability to pass a criminal background check
-
Ability to obtain a Department of Public Safety Level 1 fingerprint clearance card
-
Must be 21 years of age or older

Qualifications:
-
2+ years’ experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services
-
Ability to work as a team member and cooperatively
-
Superb organizational skills
-
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication, and conflict- resolution skills
-
Able to establish and maintain effective and appropriate working relationships with clients
-
Able to facilitate group sessions or workshops
-
Familiarity with people and practices within various ethnic and cultural groups
-
Intermediate to advanced computer skills using MS Office products, Word, Excel, etc., importing/exporting date to/from applications
-
Ability to speak Spanish a plus
Responsibilities:
-
Provide mental health diagnostic services to a wide range of clients
-
Provide therapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, and families
-
Monitor clients’ progress throughout the course of therapy
-
Create targeted treatment plans based on the unique needs of every client
-
Educate patients about their mental health
-
Protect and maintain the confidentiality of client records and information
-
Follow DAP format when completing client progress and staffing notes
-
Complete all clinical documentation thoroughly, accurately, and within specified timeframes
