Pricing & Payment Policies

During your initial consultation, we will work together to determine the specific services that best meet your needs and the associated fees. Please consult with your therapist regarding which insurance providers she is able to accept.

Payment is due at the time of service. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or no show your appointment you will be charged the FULL session fee (not your insurance copay). The fee will be charged to your card on file or due prior to scheduling your next appointment.

 

Fees

Initial Consultation:

       By phone (15 minutes)          Free

       In person (30 minutes)         $30

Individual

        50-minute session               $125

Couples

        50-minute session.              $150

 

Payment & Insurance Types Accepted​ 

  • Insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum/United/UMR). If your therapist does not accept your insurance you can request a Superbill to submit to your insurance provider. Some insurance providers will reimburse a portion of your out-of-pocket costs. This does vary by company and plan and isn't a guarantee for reimbursement.

  • Self-pay (credit/debit cards, checks,cash)

  • Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)

  • Some Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) - contact your EAP to inquire about your plan's benefits. Talk with your therapist to see which EAPs she contracts with.
