In your initial consultation, we’ll talk through what you’re looking for and figure out which services are the best fit for you. Once we have your insurance details, our billing specialist will let you know what your copay will be and answer any questions you have about costs.

When using insurance, copays and coverage will vary depending on your insurance plan and deductible. Our billing team will check your benefits before your first session, but we also recommend giving your insurance provider a quick call to confirm your coverage. It’s a great way to avoid any surprises and feel fully informed.
If your insurance carrier isn't listed, we can provide a Superbill to submit to your insurance provider, which may reimburse a portion of your out-of-pocket costs. Learn more about using insurance.
PAYMENT POLICIES
Payment is due at the time of your session. If you miss an appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, you'll be charged the full session fee (not just your insurance copay). This fee will be charged to the card we have on file on the day of the missed appointment. If we are unable to process your payment, a $30 late fee will be added to your balance, and it will need to be paid before you can book your next session.
