PRICING & PAYMENT POLICIES

During your initial consultation, we will work together to determine the specific services that best meet your needs and the associated fees. Our billing specialist can provide you with your copay once we receive your insurance information.

Payment is due at the time of service. If you No Show or Cancel with less than 48 hours' notice you will be charged the FULL session fee (not your insurance copay). The fee will be charged to the card on file the day of the missed appointment. If your card is declined a late fee of $30 will be added to your bill and will need to be paid prior to scheduling your next session. See additional fees below.

When Using Insurance:

Copays vary based on insurance plans and deductibles. Our billing department will verify benefits prior to your first session, however it is ALWAYS recommended that you call your insurance provider to verify your coverage as well. 

PAYMENT & INSURANCE TYPES ACCEPTED

 

  • Insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum/United/UMR, and Aetna). If your therapist does not accept your insurance you can request a Superbill to submit to your insurance provider. Some insurance providers will reimburse a portion of your out-of-pocket costs. This does vary by company and plan and isn't a guarantee for reimbursement. 

  • Self-pay (credit/debit cards, checks,cash)

  • Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)

  • Some Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) - contact your EAP to inquire about your plan's benefits. Talk with your therapist to see which EAPs she contracts with.
