Join us Mondays at 5:30 PM for Mindfulness Yoga for Women!

Registration fee includes all Monday classes for the month - bring your yoga mat and come as often as you like. Introductory offer - sign up for the month and get the first class free! (Total $75.)


  • Single Class

    Not ready to commit to a routine of relaxation and empowerment yet? No problem - you're welcome to join us for a single class whenever you're ready. We ask that you register and pre-pay so we can be sure we have room for you, and to save time when you arrive. Single classes are $35, or register for a month of classes and join us for all for at just $25 per class - and in March, get one class free!
