Working with Me
Who I enjoy working with
My favorite work is helping people move from simply surviving their patterns to understanding them, having more choice, and creating lives and relationships that actually feel like their own. I feel a deep sense of gratitude and purpose in being trusted with the intimate details of someone’s story. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, caught in the same cycle, or simply know that something needs to change, I’m honored to help you find a way forward that feels more grounded, connected, and authentically you.
What therapy with me is like
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, curious, and occasionally a little playful—because I firmly believe therapy can be meaningful without feeling like a weekly emotional root canal. I believe you deserve a space where you can be fully yourself without judgment, while also being gently challenged when it can help you grow. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and build practical tools and deeper insight so you can feel more confident, connected, and empowered in your life and relationships.
About me
Outside of the therapy room, I love the little things that make life feel meaningful—good conversation, time with people I love, and finding moments of laughter and connection in the middle of everyday life. I believe that healing doesn’t have to mean becoming someone new; often, it means reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have been there all along. I genuinely love people—their stories, their quirks, their contradictions, and all the wonderfully complicated ways we try to make sense of life.
