Working with Me

Who I enjoy working with

One of the things I love most about being a therapist is getting to know people—who they are and what makes them unique. I especially enjoy working with couples, young adults, and adults navigating relationship challenges, emotional struggles, life transitions, and trauma. I love helping couples reconnect and supporting individuals in discovering themselves, recognizing patterns, and building healthier relationships. Above all, I value creating a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted as they move toward healing and personal growth. Being part of someone's journey toward healing and self-discovery brings me tremendous joy.

What therapy with me is like

I bring an upbeat, energetic, and compassionate approach to therapy, along with genuine curiosity about who you are and what makes you unique. I believe in looking at the whole person—your mind, body, emotions, relationships, and life experiences—rather than focusing solely on symptoms. You can expect a therapist who is in your corner, takes the time to truly understand you, and is committed to continually learning and finding the approaches that best support your individual needs and growth.

A little about me

I have always had a special love for animals! Before becoming a therapist, I worked in veterinary medicine as a veterinary nurse. Today, I share my life with one dog and three cats who bring me endless joy, laughter, and comfort. I truly believe animals have an incredible ability to enrich our lives, offering unconditional love, companionship, and emotional support in ways that words sometimes cannot.
